Jut my 2cents, EZ doesnt stand for Easy-server...its Extended Zones server and highly custom. I played there for couple years and i can tell you the game starts once you hit max level, there is A_LOT of grinding to get through the tiers and if you choose to do it with your own box team things...

Depending on your class, Rathe mountain Hill giants can start at 38 or so all the way to 48 for decent exp and LOADS on plat....gets pretty safe to hunt there after 41-42 and usually not overcamped. Easy 400-500 plat an hour depending on how crowded it is
