RGMercs works great on Frostreaver. With a few caveats. Some classes like Shaman you will have to go into the advanced settings to enable low level buffs. Druid and others you will need to create custom configs as some only have the group versions of buffs that don't exist yet on this server...

thanks for the answer, totally get the logic. Didn't think it could, would, or should do anything natively. That's pretty much how I was doing it, but was using mq2twist which does some weird things if used along with the plugin.

It certainly could be a factor. They have stated on the forums that the latency is being caused by the number of actions in a given timeframe and the calculations necessary as a result. Being that MQ can perform actions faster than a human, someone using plugins/macros is a greater contributor...
