Some of them will only be used on a tank, in a melee, etc.
They are often a waste of mana and so they are disabled by default.

Tyvm for the assistance. I totally missed the little advanced settings toggle (probably a good thing for most cases). This opened up all the options I was looking for as well on other characters which was great.
