I have a sneaky feeling that it may be intended this way? Without having any droppable T1 level group gear in TBL they got a LOT of complaints of the expansion being too hard for casual folks in Conflag gear. This may help bridge the gap, especially since they left it as required 110, but...

Anyone else having two hand bash stop working after recent update? Or has it been not working for a while and I just haven't been paying attention? Bash firing off no problem when I'm a one hander and shield.

You can look at the gear files on eqresource if you want. Someone pulled the files out of the beta database. Use GMM in their item search and it will bring up what's coming. None of it is named (something may be called "agi/dex shoulders" in the database), but the stats should be accurate...
