Curious question, when you use xtarget healing and buffing does it scale based on recipients level or caster? if you were to set on a lvl 1 will it cast the best possible for that level?

Dunno, but that would make an awesome plugin to record spawn timers of everything in zone. Maybe a bit cumbersome though if doable.
