Hey did some more work with it - The activation of disruptive Persecution - There are times it works once per fight, and others it doesn't get cast at all. It's a core ability, should try to get it on |mash| (kissassist reference). lol

Testing out the Mq2paladin! So far, very impressed. I really like the ability to turn blessing off. That helps a lot when doing a lesson burn, or simply not running missions or raids.
