Is anyone else having trouble getting this achievement on their tank? It looks like Zlandicar will cast this on up to 4 toons, and even with only 4 toons in the instance he won't cast these on my tank? Since the achievement is "personal", it looks impossible to get on your tank without swapping in another tank? I am not sure if this is a bug or not.

So for this event I just ignore mechanics, burn it, and win. What would I expect to see happen if I actually just started the fight and stood around like dumbasses letting zlandicar beat on my tank? I know the piper comes out.... does that need to be killed? If that's not killed in the raid it shits out a million spiders that are extremely.... not good.
had a couple of attempts at it tonight. Got both dots on the team, had about 2.5mins to stall tank, to let the dots expire. During that time, couple of spiders showed up, did nothing or they didn’t activate. Piper showed up, didn’t kill him. 2 charmed chelaki showed up, they appear mezzeable, but I got eaten by Zlandicar and the rats.
SK was glyphed and shaman was on full heal / squall mode, health was still yo-yo. SK was tanking with a darkened cone.
retired hurt for the night.

Ouch we just kill the adds with the dps standing around. 2 tanks help.

Effectively, you can't get this for the person tanking zland. Anyone who gets hit by the frontal are that cures the debunks will fail. However, if just one person allows the debuffs to run out, anyone not taking the frontal will get the achievement.
What you want to do is take zland down just until he starts debuffing people. Don't burn and be ready to hold dps at around 60%. If you go too low, it triggers other mechanics that make this much more difficult. When the piper spawns, go and kill him before he spawns the charmed rats. He doesn't fight back, but does proc a charm if you melee him. Once someone has both debuffs, they need to fade agro and get away from zland. Now you wait until the debuffs fade. Once they expire, you can burn zland to win. You will have to do the mission a second time so that your tank can get the achievement.

Update. I succeeded in getting the Skin Care achieve last night. Somehow managed to get it on all 6 toons in the same run. I didn’t touch the spinning spiders or move up to the piper. I just mezzed the rats when they came close. Am going to rinse and repeat for my second group today.

how did your tank avoid having the debuffs removed by zland's frontal?
Got lucky I suppose, was taunting and standing in front of him .... I didn't have a pocket rogue to rip aggro off the tank etc.
The DoTs have to run full duration (3mins30secs) each or be refreshed by Zlandicar for this achieve to be successful. Plan on fighting Zlandicar for 6-10minutes. Plan on dealing with least 2 sets of Charmed Chelaki rat adds. Mez them quickly. Make sure the guys you want the /achieve on are on Zlandicar’s aggro list (give him a little tickle early, then /backoff or /cwtn pause on.

Tried again, 6 chars in. 4 chars had both dots running 2 chars 1, when Zland stopped fighting.
At this time we have been in for more than 6 minutes, we decided to try with low dps this time.
Waited until dots run their time once Zland stopped fighting.. Opened chest, no char got the achievement.
Yesterday tried similar, but opened chest while 2 dots where running, no achievement.
Day before we tried to get the dots to run out while holding Zland, but he recast before they run their course.
I don't understand which conditions need to be fulfilled, to get this achievement.
Have the dots to run out, while still fighting Zlandicar? Maybe half the group should hide behind a pillar to avoid the refreshment of the dots, so the dots can run their course while Zland is still fighting?

When I do it, I just keep the toons behind the boss that I want Achiev on (his frontal AE knocks it off early).
then I just wait for both Dot's to land, and then for both dot's to get to the refresh point. (takes like 5 total minutes)
then I just burn him down and open the chest.

So I haven’t done this yet (don’t see much benefit to get all achievements or to rush for it) but my understand is do the 6 minute fight. and get the dots but then when Zland stop attacking hold on opening the chest until the dots expire. Then open chest to get the achievement.

For my understanding that's exact what we tried, but didn't work.
Presume to be able do "modify" certain augments, you have to do all achivements of CoV like it has been on ToV-augments.

All but tank stay straight behind Zlandicar, fight Zland for 6 minutes (or unless 2 times the dots are refreshed), than fight him down to the point where he stops fighting.
The achivement is grant immediately when Zlandicar stop fighting and b4 the box is opened.
So the opening of the box (or the timing of the opening) is in no way related to this achivement.
My guess: the frontal ae of Zlandicar (which cures the dot) is not like a cone-ae but more like the 180 degree (or even more) of his front, starting at the center of the mob.
My suggestion: Don't stay at the side but under the tail, if you need the achivement.
