I started a 3-box FTP group consisting of a Beastlord, a Berserker, and a Wizard.
I'm using:
In general: you want consistent pulls of white/yellow mobs. You can get around this during the early levels (eg. level 10 or 11 I started with the ogre skeletons) but it can be tough trying to do it at higher levels.
I'd say try to stick around 3-4 levels higher than you group, maximum.
Here's what I've done so far in 3 days.
Level 1-5: Crescent Reach
Just let your group run around a kill things. I used 2 A2 Wizard mercs and made my wizard pull to a central location.
You can move to the next location whenever you feel comfortable.

Level 5-10: Crescent Reach Part 2
Same as before. just north of the bridge this time. Pulled bears, pumas, drakes.

Level 10-15: Crescent Reach Part 3
Somewhat similar to the previous - I made a central camp in the general area (just across from the river) pulling the ogre skeletons and the occasional nokk skeleton.

Level 15-20: Crescent Reach Part 4
The trick was to stick right outside of the aggro range of the 2 mobs that spawn by the pond to the north, but still stay against the wall. You can ride this out until mobs start turning blue.

Level 20-25: Blightfire Moors - Treants and Sporalis
I'd start with the treants first for a level or two then move to the Sporalis

Level 20-30: Blightfire Moors - Wasps and Bixies
Stay north of the path near the green X - you should mostly pull wasps as the bixies are a few levels higher

Level 30-35: Blightfire Moors - Treants and Lockjaws
Occasionally I pulled Agatha the Witch, but if you set up the camp further away from her spawn, you won't have the same issue.

Level 35-40: Goru`kar Mesa - Wolves, Snakes, Tarantulas
I set up across the bridge along the cliff face - it'll slow down around 38-39, but you can always switch to Potameids earlier if you feel comfortable

Level 40-45: Potameids
Add the quest mobs listed on the map to your ignore list (you don't want to be THAT rude) - you'll occasionally pull a lower-level snake but it should still con blue.
Make sure you puller isn't pulling across the water because you probably don't have a decent swimming skill yet

I'm using:
- The A2 mercs (one healer, two melee dps)
- a FTP 105 druid for buffs and out-of-group healing (for later on)
- You can probably get away with something lower-leveled, Chlorotrope is keeping the berserker alive through 60
- A FTP 96 Enchanter (again out of group, just for buffs and slows, probably not needed)
