Haven't yet loaded up the new stuff since I haven't fully gotten my accounts set back up, so I'm doing research: is this something that works or will work on NEXT?
I saw rogue etc and mule(not MA) won't work so I'm sorting out what would work best for me, as a minimalist who would otherwise not even play my rogues. I always had Rog set up to only start after I call assist anyway(hooked it to KA) and I've never actively used eqbc or dannet, just loaded them due to requirements for other things. So, I'm perusing the options before I go set up and figure out NEXT etc.
I need the logic for howtoplayaRogEffectivelyInCombat, but not any sort of automation that would allow afk etc. I have a minimalist KA for my Dru, a KA just for assist on my rogues, and I use moveutils for enhanced group follow on a 4th toonn to avoid sticking in geometry is all, but that's literally JUST the follow command on runs. My tank and ranger don't even load MQ except in housing for the TS macro, and I run my six spread over 4 PCs, but again, without eqbc or dannet, just KA on some with the rest fully manual.
I haven't played around with anything new since whenever I quit last.. April/mayish?...so idk the granular details of stuff like this or the MAUI thing yet, which are looking like my best options. I hate having to change spells and discs etc Everytime for KA, which is why only mu DRU runs off that(I always hated healing but it uses my own knowledge) while the ROGs I've never played past like 70 manually so I need a little better built-in logic for them, but without the spam and requirements from minmaxing with mq2rog. That's why I had most of Rog disabled and only used it with KA initiating combat. I wasn't a big fan of how mq2mule worked on my card so I quit using that after a few tries at tweaking it, and idk if I'd like how it works on rogues or not.
I may set up MQ2 initially instead of NEXT, depending on when I get my shot together lol, so I guess I could test out mule on that, but as others have said, I don't really wanna learn something new that doesn't transfer only to learn something else immediately after. My ROG expired a week before I decided to come back lol, so I can't just hook up as before while I decide. When I left, and I can't even remember why other than disintegrated interest, NEXT was JUST opened to public perusal for the first time after the closed beta testing. Sorry of I'm behind the test here, just trying to gather information without my typical weeklong+ scouring of every post on the site without even playing lol. I kinda have an issue where I research TOO much and fall down a rabbithole and lost track of my initial objective...and talking way too much

tl;Dr was kinda created for me lol
