Problem - Wizard isnt nuking

For reference, my shaman and wizard are running around with mercs. I have set the defender merc as main assist for my wizard and shaman is on manual mode.

Running the following code and it won't nuke, it just follows me around and buffs itself. not exactly ideal for a wizard.

You'll also notice an error code at the bottom. Not sure why, it didn't do that on my shaman.

You can remove the "rk II" from spells. KA will auto choose the best rank available. You can also remove "Weave" from spells. Weave is for items that you want to try to click in the spell gem cooldown phase.

Does the shammy do any DPS, besides healing? You might be able to have the Wiz assist the Shaman at KA start instead, then grab target once the shaman heals the tank merc.

If that's not working, you could try PetTank mode on Shaman and Assist on Wiz (targeting shaman.)

Shaman does a little damage, but is mostly slowing and healing. for the record, it doesn't help when I do damage either. The merc jumps in, but thats it.

With the 1 setting, it may be getting stuck trying to cast Brand/Blast after 90% health and those can be on cooldown. The 2 setting lets it cast any spell that is available and the mob is already below that health level.

How far away is your merc fighting? Even though this section is under the [Melee] tag, it affects how far out your casters will cast, like how far healers will heal on pulls or where casters will start nuking, so if your merc has the mob 76+ units away, the WIZ is currently configured not to engage. I have my MeleeDistance for casters set to 150, healers to 200, and melee to 50 for my group. My camp radius is 30.

Mobs outside this radius will not be engaged. Tank modes will use this distance to decide if mobs should be engaged. This distance applies to casters engaging with spells as well and will be checked even when MeleeOn=0.​

|weave

I don't know if the |weave tags in your DPS section are causing issues, but take those off as they're meant for instant-cast stuff that's not locked out by the GCD, not for normal spells with that get locked out on GCD.

This argument is used to "weave" in non-cooldown timer based spells/clickies while cooldown spells refresh. It is a way for you to add DPS from things like instant click nuke items, summoned clicky nuke items from mages/necros/quests. Use the |weave tag on the spell/item clicky that isn't effects by spell GCD.​
Since you joined recently, I assume you are new to MQ2 and KA. If I were you, I would take an established 115 WIZ ini file, like this, then go over the various sections and read the instructions post side by side to gain a better understanding of how it's all working. The conditions may be confusing if you haven't done any programming before, but even if they are, you can still use the file to get going the WIZ running out of the box while you figure out KA.
