doubtful. cookie cutter maintenance mode, so 115/CoV should be jun/jul.

COV should be this year so yes they should get 120 around june of 2024.

FTP to 120 is possible but probably closer to next expansion time. Although I do not believe this will help the Everquest Universe that much
