it appears that debufallon=2 or maybe the it's the debuffall in the dps line will ignore any condition i set. this makes sense logically, i do appreciate how thorough debuffall is, but i'd like for my shaman to not bother slowing things he's already slowed with an ae.
below is what i'm trying to use. i moved the ae abilities out of the ae section in an attempt to get them to fire more often. that's still kinda hit or miss, even though i think the condition is pretty clear. the shaman will often malo a mob, slow it, then maybe ae slow, then go back to malo and slow on individual mobs. maybe i need to move the order of things around. i'm using dps=2. maybe i need to adjust something else. maybe i need to go back to the ae section that i'm sure someone coded with love and attention (thanks).
just looking for some tips i guess.

Code:
DPS3=Malaise|99|debuffall|malo|Cond4
DPS4=Turgur's Swarm|99|debuffall|slow|Cond5
DPS5=Wind of Malaise|99|Mob|Cond6
DPS6=Turgur's Virulent Swarm|99|Mob|Cond6
Cond4=${Target.BuffsPopulated} && !${Target.Buff[Malosinata].ID}
Cond5=${Target.BuffsPopulated} && !${Target.Buff[Turgur's Diminishment].ID}
Cond6=${Me.XTarget} > 4
