Question - /who command

i though mq2 had a extended /who command that lets you see pc even anon in other zones am i wrong? i remember seeing the mq2 window with char lists in it now i tried it a few times i am just getting the /who reg eq window?

It can't see that because it is not available to the client. So no cross zone that im aware of.
