Question - Where to go @ 95

VoA isn't bad, next expansion so should be a bit better exp but also mobs hit more/higher hp.

If you have a good group you can potentially start Lcea.

VoA Expansion should be easy enough with argarth or valley if you are FTP. Some non prestige gear drop there.

I've leveled a few chars back in the day in Valley of Lunanyn. Mobs are LB into 100s. Lots of diamonds / cash to be made on this route. Start is on a hill area that leads to a tunnel system filled with booger fairies. Work your way through them, then kill packs of spiders, mean spikey dogs, and booger fairies on your way back to entrance. If you're killing faster than the respawn rate, on the map is #22, 9, 25 - that is a kill camp I sometimes would visit and pull mobs from while bored.

Hope this helps!

Looking for spots to go to at 95. Currently i am at MC in HoT.

Run gribbles dead hills tasks, (I believe there is a macro or two floating around for those if you want to automate)

Also daily heroics from teek are good sources of exp and bonus currency, with the benefit of teek giving you a port directly to the quest givers. Just be warned, some are more difficult than others.

This is the best exp your likely to get. Of note, use of a lesson at the very end of one task just before hand in, will generally get you till the end of the second (or even third task when you’re better geared) so you get bonus exp for those tasks (exp is awarded at hand in)

@Bole67 I am not sure what the best location, but I would suggest that you go to a high level zone, and ask someone to join their fellowship so that you can share their XP.
Most most people would be level capped right now, so they dont care too much about XP. I feel like that would have cut my time to level dramatically.
Ask for the tank first, but you may want every character to join a different fellowship :D

Yup but don't do this the first time because you have to beat 1 to do 2 to do 3 and best is to pop the lesson just before the HAIL(not a handin at end) on the last one then do the first one and maybe the second. To start you could do just 2 then 1, 1 being the shortest. If you forget the order, the length of the names corresponds to the length of time to complete at least on Gribble's. With lesson it's shouldn't take but 3-4 runs per level, and they have a 3 hr lockouts starting at time of request not completion, so if you wanna go really heavy, get the first task and wait out til like 20 min left, then do it. Pop lesson just before hail, do the second task then repeat the first if you still can't do all 3 before lotd runs out. There's probably some way to get another task with an outside party and let that run time down at the same time then do taskadds and whatnot to be able to do 4, but I haven't tried it, just a thought since lockout starts with request not complete.

For regular grinding I second VoA and RoF as they were 95-100 level expansions. RoF has random trash drops, tradeable and wearable at 92, with 2k+ hme

Id do shards landing or gribbles. Gribbles is a good way to get non vis gear if you dont have the plat to burn in baz. Shards landing is nice for fear touched gear sets.

Everyone plays slightly different but I found the Gribble or Marla or Daily HA from Clayton Teek a little on the hard side at 95 as was Frontier Mountains. Keep in mind FM tasks start at level 95 so they are going to be hard and Lcea (the starting zone there) has mobs that are harder than FM.

However Franklin Teek has daily kill 5 hot zones that go up to level 95, although he doesn't transport you there. But once there the zone is hot, giving you added experience and even after you are done with the kill 5 the zone will still give bonus exp. Franklin is right next to Clayton in POK. Right outside the lobby door.

Shards Landing's quests are very good for exp at level 95 and you get a good chunk of exp for completing the partisan and mercenary lines.

Do the mirror quest in The Broken Mirror expansion so you can complete the HAs there, the quest for the mirror had a good chunk of exp too. Plus lots of armor you can upgrade for many levels. The armor can be confusing but this is a nice run down https://www.almarsguides.com/eq/quests/TBM/GroupGear/

Go to Beasts domain. Many camps in that zone, and the mobs should be relatively weak for you

The only thing I found difficult about dead hills were the named when they were up were a little sketchy to a somewhat undergeared tank. And there were some spots that had adds where it could get a little dicey (though I was 3 boxing manually when I did dead hills) I imagine with a team running mq2 with a bard or chanter as CC, those would be a breeze now.

Some of the HAs offered by teek were pretty awful though, I learned over time which ones were best avoided, as not worth the hassle.

I did a lot around RoF/shards landing. There are some cool zones that are worth going to if you do the gate progression stuff, and generally a lot of the zones are empty.

Edit: FM will be the best exp if you can handle the mobs in a timely fashion.
