What's MQ?

I keep hearing stuff about MQ... I've heard about it before, not much though. no explaination of what it is though. Anyone able to give me some insight?

Check out thier site. But basicly MQ allows you to "see" things that are sent to computer and are not shown in Eq and to manipulate the data also such as in macros and plugins.
