The big problem is finding an instanced zone suitable for MQ that has respawn and is appropriate for level 85s. For lower levels there are lots of dungeons with respawn.
This old RG thread has some ideas:

The highest regular instance zone with respawn seems to be Mechamatic Guardian (regular Head Into one):
http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/zone.html?zstrat=541, the mobs are 78-83. Personally I did not like it, because I could not find a good spot to set up KA, lots of twisty passages and elevators. Maybe I gave up too easily as there are about 270 mobs and 19min respawn so there could be a nice spot somewhere. Plus it is kind of hard to automate getting into Guardian...
The Calling Phantasm one is for level 95-100 but you will only get xp and no loot.

An alternative would be just get some instance with no lockout and just grab it again after trash mobs are dead.
There is that instance off POK bank with scaling levels that some people like, it does not have respawn but can be easily gotten again and again:
http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?quest=5767 Again, if you want to automate it you would have to write a custom script for it as it is not suitable for KA, i think someone here on RG actually published a path for pulling. This instance is better at lower levels for PLing.
I recommend going through the list of zones with level recommendations and seeing if anything catches your eye:

The ones with a colon after the zone name are instanced versions of a regular zone, like this one The Grounds: Mashing Pumpkins (haven't tried this particular one, maybe it is suitable for KA).
Then again, maybe Heroic Adventures instances are easier since there are two which have nice scripts here on RG.

Problem is GMs LOVE to come look at anyone who spends a lot of time in an instance.....
Have you had some interaction with a GM in the last year or so?
Before I retired in 2007 at the high of GhostKill craze, they were definitely watching frequently "exploited" instances. I even wrote some chat bots to keep GMs at bay...
Now having come back in March of 2014 I am yet to see a GM. As an experiment I have had a heroic char in the same instance for 3 months and nada. Of course having said that, I could get banned tomorrow.
By that same token, those running automated HA like Dead Hills and Scouting Ahead should be at risk too.
How about people running KA in a highly populated zones ahem Grounds? People report them regularly and even they do not get banned.
I think Sony is saving some money on GMs these days.
The biggest risk I could see if Sony started some vigilante guide program because I do not see them spending money on GM salaries.
