Then today, someone posts in general that a player got

So why is a big deal made about the evolving one when mine is almost equal without all the work?

no, that is not the fully evolved ring :p

Type 18 & 19 aug slots, the final version of the ring for each archtype is closer to 20k~ HME as well with appropriate bumps towards H-stats
