Question - VPN Issuse

I understand that the issue with my VPN is not an MQ2 issue nor a RG issues But... Before i got transfered i was utilizing the same VPN services while at work. Now that i am here at my new location with the same service I am constantly crashing when utilizing the VPN and no issues when not using it. So,,,

Question: Any suggestions towards my issue regarding the usage of VPN? Thanks

Check your Internet link, does it fragment packets?
are you on a DSL or PPPoE link? what MTU did you set? Google this --> MSS Clamp Test.
If the answer above was Yes, did you set the MSS Clamp right?
Normally MSS Clamp wont affect UDP packets which EQ uses but TCP/IP does, this might have something to do with the crashes.
Are you using Wireguard ot Openvpn? Wireguard is far better for gaming and MTU adjusting compared to openvpn, check your VPN and router settings.

thanks ill check that, on my last duty station i did not change nothing odd my laptop. so no settings were changed but i will look into your suggestion and thanks
