Question - Video instructions

I have tried to read the instructions for kiss assist on how to download and get started for beginners, I'm not great at reading and understanding where to input the lines, or how to find where to put files. Downloading maps took me a very long time to understand, and I refresh a old website when I need to update. Is there a video tutorial that i could follow?
