I am looking to beat this group mission Vex Thal - Defeat Aten Ha Ra

Can this mission be beaten without mezzing adds ? Assume you do not have a someone who can mez in the group .

What would you do ? What kind of DPS is needed to beat this ? Is it something that you can do by ignoring the adds

If you're talking about the gargoyles, you can ignore them unless you want the achievement. I run this with my crew on manual and guide them through/away from the purple crap. I use events to have my crew get away from the group when the green/yellow crap is on them. For some reason it seems to not work on the first call out but it's not that big of a deal. If i see anyone taking damage other than tank I call them to me to ensure they are not standing in the bad juju/getting hit.

the only way you get adds is if your dps is low and the mission takes too long. Are you talking the gargoyles or the shadow dudes? As Oldman said, if you ignore the gargoyles, they dont do much other than emote.

I straight up ignore everything for that mission, will never get a single achievement that way but it is beatable with a group that is ToV tradeskill geared and an SK that is T2 (Waning) ToL geared. The stuns from the big purple guys is annoying but my tank lives through it without a problem, same with the silences from Aten.
