Not really. Raid Guilds got in on the 18-19th but nothing real was in yet. You could see the zones but the gear wasnt done the spells are still not done today and the AAs were not in at all. So even if you were in before the 25th you didn't see much.

For those who want to get mq2nav to work in the new zones you need to add the following text to zones.ini in your macroquest folder:
[Ring of Scale]
Overthere=overtheretwo
Skyfire=skyfiretwo
Charasis=charasistwo
Gorowyn=gorowyn
Veeshan's Peak=veeshantwo
Sathyr's Tomb=charasisb
That will then allow you to generate meshes for those zones
