  1. Read the Beginner's Guide to MacroQuest2.
  2. Install Very Vanilla

  1. Run update.exe

Unable to test due to slow internet here, can someone please let me know if this works?
 
not working for me either the version posted on the main page says 20160323 loaded a previous version instead by accident?
 
why do I even bother... right after I get my source up to date and load back in you get a compile up. Even after you say you're on a "camping trip" ... Argh... downloads latest compile lol.
 
since nobody is complaining I'll assume the update.exe version is working as well.

Thank you to everyone for being patient with today's patch, nightmare scenario where both Maskoi & I are busy. We didn't forsee this or we would have gotten some more help.
 
Any time I try to inspect anything I crash. THis is my plugin list while trying to test it.

This is the default list taken out of the Macroquest_default.ini and and copied in to the Macroquest.ini.



Even more strange it is crashing with no MQ or WinEQ loaded. Just EQ by itself.

Added crash dump file.

Same here. Sent PM to the big guys. I tried downloading and updating, unloading all my fancy stuff, then flat out running the vanilla. Every time I click a link to an item. Crash. I sent them dumps. Attaching here as well.

I tried your nifty installer, still the same issue with crashing on inspection of items. (Totally different folder location and I even gave it the old windows reboot try /sigh. I tried your nifty use my own nasty folder option to no avail. I broke the interwebs.. Mah bad.

On a good note, I can play eq without MQ2 loaded. :)

Hey guys,
I seem to be having a crashing issue with the latest compile. My characters are not getting the "Your Integrity has been preserved" message and then they are disconnected.

Same compile on another computer appears to work fine, any ideas?

UPDATE:- I searched through the compile updates and found info on MQ2Ic.dll some how the plugin was not getting loaded when i was firing up MQ2. I was able to manually load the plugin and all my crashing issues were fixed.
Hope this may help others.

Mq2nav is not working for me after patch, i am gettting this message:

it doesnt do anything, /navi is not a valid command.

Mq2navigation is working fine thought
Anyone else with that problem?
 
Same here, I believe the MQ2Nav plugin needs to be updated for this patch. Brainiac will probably update it soon.
 
Everytime I inspect an item that client crashes. Is MQ2Itemdisplay having issues with anyone else?

Didn't see that issue but if I load the plugin once in game, the client I'm doing it in crashes.
