Instructions

  1. Use the Patchme command to bypass the SOE Launcher
  2. Download the Very Vanilla compile zip file at the bottom of this post.
  3. Download the RGUpdater or grab it out of the Very Vanilla compile zip file.
  4. Use the RGUpdater to update your MacroQuest files. Instructions are here.
  5. Run MacroQuest2.exe from that folder
  6. Run EverQuest.exe
  7. In-Game, type "/plugin <plugin name>" to add all plugins you wish to use
  8. Click Here for Plugin Commands/Descriptions.

Lol, yeah I heard mule already patched it early and had to download Visual Studio and start updating all my old code. I've gotten lazy, last time I compiled it was back in March 2012 lol.

Fixed DPS |Feign tag was not standing character up after 30s

I really appreciate the fast compile. i was starting to worry that not boxing for 2-3 days after every patch was becoming an indicator of mq2 use.

ok i got a crashing problem thing.. in dead hills the first instance "Clearing a Path" MQ2 crash's it just dont work. thats all 3 of my comps and a friend crashed as well.

This is a known issue. I am currently fixing macros for the latest mq2 updates. I will post the newest compile with the fix no later than tomorrow.

Please try a normal arrow and see if that works. Class 9 come in 3 different types with the same name. It might be confusing Kiss on the item ID because of that.

Anyone else having issues with CTD on kissassist since this release? All my toons consistently CTD when trying to enable it, turning buffon=0 helps a few at least start, but most my melee toons can;t even turn on the macro anymore since the patch.

the new one is up on MQ2 site. so only a matter of time for maskoi to update this one.

One thing to check is the patch notes. You can look at the files altered. If eqgame.exe has been updated, MQ2 is broken until the source is updated.

A bunch of code like that. When I run KissAssist, not sure if it's a KA issue or a Vanilla one since I didnt have this problem before this update.

Deleting /call WriteBuffsMerc from kissassist.mac fixed the issue, I think. Not a permanent solution probably but it'll do until I find out what's up.

I take that back. holy cow, once i went into combat the spam was atrocious lol
