Problem - Using Title (prefixe) while MQ is running

I just realize that when using MQ, all prefixe title arent displayed, is there an option to use to see them or nothing to do ?

what you are seeing with mq running is the mq caption

right i read that and poked at it, i did the shownames 4 thing and it still doesn't show anything other than first name.
