Question - Using KA on a cleric that has to deal with a ramp tank

So I'm setting up Kiss Assist for my cleric on raids. I'm not sure the best way to handle something though. The cleric has to heal my paladin, who is rampage tanking and will very often be proccing Divine Aura. I don't want the cleric going into an insane loop trying to cast direct heals and HoTs on a toon where they just aren't going to land.

Is Kiss Assist smart enough by default not to try and cast heals on someone who has Divine Aura? Or am I going to need some kind of conditional to handle this?

I think a condition could handle this. Just check the MA in your heals for the DA buff or song. Sorry, not familiar enough to write this for you... but you can always test it in your guild hall. Maybe get a modrod, hit it and cast DA and see if your cleric tries to heal.

This is something I was looking at, but trying to prevent lesser HoTs from being cast if the target had a better one going already. Far as I could find, since HoTs and DA all go to the song window, there was no way to directly determine the status of someones song window buffs without using Netbots. I wasn't able to make netbots work (User error), but someone with more experience might be able to chime in.
