Using item clickys in Kiss Assist

I cannot figure out how to get an item to click on any of my characters,

Innoruuk`s Dark Blessing, item id:[48136], Spell effect Lich Sting:id [6268]

I need to write holyshits with this along with inserting it into kiss assist.

could you please tell me what to write on my DPS1= in kissassist.

I have tried dozens of combinations of writing this info. Any help thanks alot!

Looks like you are using the wrong Apostrophe. Copy and paste this into your ini file.

sorry, I was trying to find how to do this and this was not working, so I thought I would fix it.
