Question - Type 3 Augment Recommendations for 110 Monk

I confess I've never bothered with Type 3 augments on any of my characters, but I'm trying to improve my lame-assed 110 monk a bit. Unfortunately all the type 3s look fairly useless (like +20 atk). Can anyone suggest any useful type 3 augs I should hunt down?

I thought min/maxers used to hunt out old type 3 augs that had +flying kick mod, and while I am pretty sure that used to be the thing, this post says that's not worth it anymore

Just to add, starting at 116, those augs get replaced with the ones sold in Maidens.
