Trying to get some buffs done, can't get this guy to do anything.

All characters on same computer, all running 9.1.2. Installed newest version via updater after deleting old and restarting computer. For the life of me can not see why this won't cast buffs.

So it looks like to me after messing around with everything I could think of, that the cleric doesn't update Kissassist_Buffs. If another toon buffs itself, in group or out, cleric will happily buff away like it should.
Spacing is fine and buffs work for other toons just like it should, just not this pos low level cleric.
 
I've noticed, but never really worried about, that at low levels (<60) that there are many little "bumps" in the system. They probably don't get much attention at these low levels.
 
More like TLP but same thing. We have no tlp accounts or time to level toons on tlp unfortunately. Its hard to debug these kind of issues. Sometimes we can replicate the issue on our higher levels toons but if we can't really no way to debug it.

I'm having this exact same issue on 9.1.3. I have a cleric that I completely wiped out the INI file and then recreated it, ended the macro and edited the INI file. All I did was set BuffsOn=1 and added Buffs1=Unified Certitude|Dual|Certitude. Rerun macro with cleric in assist role. Sometimes the cleric will buff the MA and sometimes not. He never buffs himself... This is just strange. All my other toons are buffing correctly as far as I can tell. Just not the cleric.

If you could please post you ini file, and get me a debug log. Now in the debug log, make sure you run the log long enough that both ReadBuffsTimer and IniNextTimer cycle through to zero at least once.
