Shouldn't the updates go into tobupd?jb321 updated Tradeskill Construction Set NeXt with a new update entry:
TOB lookups fixed

The updates went to both as there a some behind the curtain action. The lookup tables are baked into TCN, but the recipes are baked into the update.Shouldn't the updates go into tobupd?
My first thought is what is the ID of the unfired defender charm, everything looks solid unless they changed that item ID.I just tried to use it, and I am making 3 Defender charms.
Ended up with 12 Unfired Defender charms before I caught it. Never moved on to make them.

I checked the ID of the unfired and fired in sharecraft they seem legit. What is the ID you are getting for the unfired?

This is not just a drop in cause if it were I would have done it:They aren't correct and I even shared with you the data. Did you even consider looking at what I shared with you or ignore it?
If you are unable to check in game, ask for some help jb. I offered you help.

The Unfired Duelist is 170337 (like the sql i shared with you)
You didn't bother looking at what I shared. The very first line relates:

Changed:
Unfired Nascent Defender's Charm - 170339
Unfired Nascent Duelist's Charm - 170337
Nascent Duelist's Charm - 170372
Nascent Defender's Charm - 170374
Where do you get that output from? I really like it for giving me an overview of what making something requires. Is that ShareCraft? I have looked at that, but have not seen that output.View attachment 71635

Will you take care of updating TOBUPD.db with this and the others or do you need me to update the others for you as well?
That is sharecraft which eeerily looks like a project I had 2 years ago :pWhere do you get that output from? I really like it for giving me an overview of what making something requires. Is that ShareCraft? I have looked at that, but have not seen that output.
Looks good!

So the answer is depends, there is a modern day vendor table, a RoF vendor table primarily for PoK vendors near Dogle and a everything else before all that table. I am presuming you want the "in the past" table.Oakwynd is currently in Seeds of Destruction xpac, any chance we could get a fix similar to this one for oakwynd?

Yes, that sounds right to me. Would it be possible to make that configurable so you don't have to keep track of it for every new server? So the answer is depends, there is a modern day vendor table, a RoF vendor table primarily for PoK vendors near Dogle and a everything else before all that table. My questions are how do we know when a server changes, I know there is something that can tell us what expansion we are on or have and wonder if that is the "same" thing. Otherwise how would we know when it goes from Prophecy of Ro to The Buried Sea. I could make an array that goes ahead and checks each server and says oh ya we are on RoF or whatever, if that is the case, I could do that, but the use case is very limited based on the subscribers here. Hard-wiring and changing every few months is not as hard as it seems.Yes, that sounds right to me. So far I haven't seen any other issues on oakwynd. My questions are how do we know when a server changes, I know there is something that can tell us what expansion we are on or have and wonder if that is the "same" thing. My initial gathering is I would still have to manually update expansions per server (TLP assumed), but I will take a gander at the mq and see if I am wrong.
other than vendors what other issues does Oakwynd have with TCN?
This is one of those double check things, where I swore I checked the site and it said it was past TBL but the reality is, it is barely on sod..I thought based on our conversation that you were going to make oakwynd use the "in the past" table, but according to your latest release notes it seems that you configured it to use "post RoF" vendors?
Maybe just put a 3-way radio button in crafting global settings, make the user select which 'era' of vendors to use?My questions are how do we know when a server changes

4.192b - ChangeLog (again)
Modified: Oakwynd vendor selection, Oakwynd thought it was living in the present, not yet.
I just look at the zam site and wherever it says it is I just put that logic in place. On my part I could do a check every now and then, RoF is 9 months away. I will think about vendor settings, I would want it saved like the rest of the settings, and changeable from there. Fallback is interesting but, we are dealing with a handful of servers and well they ain't that hard to deal with, the only hard part is paying attention to when they change.Maybe just put a 3-way radio button in crafting global settings, make the user select which 'era' of vendors to use?
Alternatively, but this is probably a huge change, if an expected vendor isn't found in the expected zone, fallback to the vendors of a previous 'era'? Or, I wonder if you could try to guess the 'era' by which vendors are up in pok (but this would only work if you happen to be in pok when you need to know that)?
yep, it is more of that flip flop stuff. Anything else hooey? I swapped the ID of the defender and the sage for the final product.Found an issue today with the Nascent Sages Necklace. It kept trying to make the neclace container, even when I had 2 in the inventory, so it may have the wrong ID now? Let me know if you need any more information to troubleshoot the issue.
