So I am thinking of getting this in a month or two. does it do everything in pok or do you need to buy mats from baz ect? is there any ts that it doesn't do?

It will buy materials from zones it can reach easily and faction based, so if you are bad with Thurgadin, it won't try to buy velium and will not try to make the recipe. It will not farm for you.. this is a hopper activity, you get stuff and then tell it to churn.. It will craft using POK containers and primarly purchase from POK vendors (nearest) based on your location. It does every swingin' TS. It has 43000+ recipes and yes even 146 ToL recipes!, and all the 350 max recipes. In a manner of speaking it does everything but farm.. It will grab from the bank, grab from other toons and their banks. If you have one toon or toons with just a ton of TS on them, and don't want to tranfer, no worries, TCS NeXt will do the asking and transferring for you for a recipe.

Bazaar shopping would require a threshold of how much you are willing to spend, unsure about the movement and going through the pads to other vendors, if it would get stuck or not, the other parcel option works but has an additional markup. the 350 component operates in a manner as to not make the next recipe unless the last recipe was successful and not fill up your bags with a recipe you can't complete because a sub failed.

The standard crafting operates on the principle: don't buy or get any materials unless you can make the recipe in the quantity selected. Conversely, if it can make the recipe it buys EVERYTHING for all the recipes needed to make that recipe at once..

A word of advice:

Do the ts freebies GOD and TSS, this can be done with my old resource TCS for free :) and gets you quite a few 350 recipes.
Do the trophy quests, old resource or this one.
Get to 300 in all the skills if you can, makes the process easier and less failures
Go book hunting, find all the scribable TS books and scribe them to make the journey less grindy.
 
Pottery - Unfired Spherical Bottle - Can be maxed and trophy maxed just using air-infused spring water from Olwen (CoV WW) (In Question)
Brewing can be brought to 248 with Minotaur Hero's Brew and then maxed with Kaladim Constitutional, grab ground spawns. or Brut Champagne (hope you're rich)
Fletching - CLASS 9 Steel Fearbone Arrow (Small Nock) - Can Max arrow with 2 components from the naeyas in Shard's Landing at port in.
Fishing - Fish
Baking, - Broiled Raxil Fish - Fish in Argath will max trophy and get you 300.
Tailoring - use glove patterns silk and pelts.
Smithing - use tungsten ore ultimately.. to max
Make Poison - Mind Melt (Mt Death Mineral Salt) (Droga,Nurga).. that is all
Tinkering - I think it is is far easier and cheaper to do all the other tradeskills, do the 3.0 pre-quest and then just make black powder bombs and stuff to max tinkering.
Jewelcraft - Unless you have an abundance of the cut gems, foraging or getting geodes is a good way to make it simplified but you will be chucking cash down the drain, but hey, you will be 300!
Alchemy - Distillate of Alacrity IX - recipe that will get you to 300 (Deepwater Ink) (Plane of Water)
Research - easiest I know is the focused spell casting with binding powders, also if you get the other 7 and the 3.0 coldain prequest you can do the Tradeskill Alliance combines to get to 300+

First, I want to start off by saying im just average at figuring stuff out on the computer. So I bought your tradeskill plugin for next. I have a few other plugins for next also. But the tradeskill one doesnt show up in the plugins tab of the redguides launcher. I did manually download it, im just not sure where all the information in the folders are suppose to go. Any guidance would be appericiated.

Sorry been a few weeks since I have had time to input to the forum. I just wanted to say that this Lua script is above and beyond anything you would expect from a Lua script. I know how much time and work was put in to this. I was actually surprised to see such a generous offering of the script to the community.
JB321 has continuously proven and improved his skills. I have no doubt if you found a bug or had a suggestion that he could take care of it in a timely fashion.
Thank you to JB321 for your many contributions to the community and I appreciate your time and efforts especially on this script.

I am getting the following error running the "Freshman Alchemist Test", so far out of the ones I have tested this is the only one that has failed. The shaman will run to Freeport and get this error. Manually grabbing the quest lets it continue to POK where it encounters another error. Only quest I have had issues with so far, probably a nonstandard starting point at freshman vs lvl 50 skill.

By default the beginner tests are available, but time to get off my rump and add the next layer :) should be just a db entry update.. will kick this out for testing..

Could you do me a favor and issue this command and provide the ID?

I don't have any chars that went above 54 on alchemy before getting the trophy..

All the quests are referenced by ID.

Also, anyone who is working on anything other than beginning please issue the task command and provide the quest name and the ID so I can add it. Unless someone knows if there is a text file with all the ID's, I am looking on the web currently.

Edit: It might be 10448, but I want to be sure.. I was just looking at the text and having a wild guess.

Yep, just looked at the sheet, I am missing the ID for the beginner alchemist test also :(
All other beginners are in there.

DanNet should load automatically when you request items.

Thanks the ID i got was 10448 like you posted above.
 
I will be adding NGHs today for crafting, It checks to see if you are in a guild and if not it will ignore selecting NGH as a crafting zone. It will also use the NGH door. If you are missing a container in your guild hall, well. I can't help ya there. It is best to make sure your GH is fully equipped with the TS containers, also a shabby lobby door!!!!!

When it is on it will run from the GH to the vendors and then run back to the GH, It may be best used by mass buying materials, otherwise you will run eleventy billion times to POK and GH to craft single items.

Which brings up a votable, do we want to run to the GH and check the guild bank ahead of time, or only check the GH bank if we start in the GH? You have to be in zone to get the list..

A scenario could be you are in POK run to the GH, find you got squat, then run back to POK and buy from vendors and then run back to the GH and craft :P

Note: If you run from GH to POK it will shop from nearest vendors instead of running to the POK small bank..

It calculates distance from one vendor to the next so you should always be running to the nearest vendor based on your current location.

I don't think this works anymore. 1000 Combines with master trophy and zero gain.
 
Would it be possible to add a method for enchanters to enchant X number of materials and handle buying all the raw stuff?
