Problem - Toons auto targeting NPCs as they get close

I am certain this is user error, but I have searched the site for characters auto targeting the closest npc and couldn't find what I thought was a fix or what I could have done to start this (it just started a few days ago). I am not running any bot assistance plugins or LUAs (at the moment). Just the normal login. I checked my INI file and searched for "tar" and found the following:

I have the following plugins: MQ2monk, rogue, mage, bst, ranger, macro, eskay, shaman, paladin, and enchanter but they are not loaded. I have the macro kissassist but it isnt loaded either (i didn't type /mac kissassist XXXXX). I have the following luas (guildclicky, mighty Lua event manager, and laurian song: heroes are forged) but only the guildclicky is loaded.

unless you're in a pulling mode, none of the cwtn plugins are going to target things not-on-xtarget (and inside camp / being targeted by your assist).

if you have "mimic me" stuck on, and you're manually targeting on a toon, your other toons might be copying you.

the only luas that matter are ones that are loaded. I would pay particular attention to having a bad LEM or a mission LEM that is running in the base zone and not just in the mission

it is unlikely that your macroquest.ini is going to have anything causing /tar like what you're looking for.

I would start unloading plugins until you figure it out - like mq2melee (which still shouldn't do that)

It looks like it is an everquest (or maybe a keyboard issue) issue and not from the software here. I ran Everquest without the Redguides software and it still targeted the nearest npc. I will check elsewhere. Thanks again for the input.

excellent call. I have remapped most of my keys to do something, since I am not a fan of using a mouse. Thank you!!! I will give that a shot and check my UP arrow.
