as i die now and then with my only cleric healer in mq2grind, is there any possibility to use a token of resurrection (from any of the other toons) on the cleric?

no, not automatically with the plugins (and there are several reasons on why) - you'd need to use a .Lua, .mac, or mq2react to pause the automation and then use it on the cleric's corpse

just curious what these are, especially if from the backend of things. Is it because they're a somewhat finite/valuable resource we don't want to click them willy-nilly, and because there's not a good way to check if someone else is already casting one?

I wasn't trying to argue they should be used; sorry if it came across that way. Was asking just for my own edification.

You can write a fairly simple rez token script using several Lua scripts as examples and copy and paste a reztoken script that will only run on certain characters from game boot.

you could, if you can;-) well, i will give it a try or change a toon for a dru or shm... thx for suggestions!

Or if you have a necro or pally you can program kissassist to battle rez as long as you have the essence emeralds/aa's required

that if you were bothered enough you could cobble together a Lua that would have your melee toons use a rez token on the the corpse of your healer... If you were bothered enough. Just saying all the pieces to the puzzle are there waiting to be put together.

Lua is new to me and I've already modified nearly all the Lua scripts I use and wouldn't dream of letting the launcher install or update then.

Lua is that easy.
