Not true. It works on ragefire and the L one that I forget.

All the truebox TLPs, though, are off limits for MQ2.

TLP as in truebox, then no, mq2 will not work there.
The tlp servers that are not truebox, mq2 will work fine.

Ragefire and Lockjaw are only TLP's mq2 works on, all others are TrueBox

Fippy Darkpaw is also a time locked progression server that MQ2 would work on but it's up past VoA now I think.
