Whats do you do to skill up throwing easily? I found the Soriz pouch but dont know what to practice on. Is it the merc in the Arena or does anyone have any other tips?

With the changes to skill gain, it doesn't take long to skill up just pulling with it.

Duel a higher level mage and blast his pet in a zone where spell timers run (won't work in guild hall or pok or something)

Last I checked, merc in arena works.

The pet trick works to get melee and defence skills up for toons that you PL. Pop a couple of cleric mercs and don't pick a pet too many levels higher than your toon. Great for making casters less squishy.
