That area look pretty empty. May I come with some beer and fill up a lawn chair? Since you have a fence I shouldn't lower your property values or get you in hot water with the homeowners association. I might bring pants.

I was stationed in Germany for two years at Ramstein AFB. I don't miss not having AC when it was needed (although it wasn't too bad the majority of the time).
