no, i don't think you can until they repatch test - the "items" exist (the spell scroll) but the "spell" doesn't appear to yet.

Wasn't test without new spells for like over a month on last expansion launch as well?

yep it took awhile, at this point the NoS armor doesnt have its focus effects yet either, you think they would have a server where they could "test" this stuff beforehand
