My first thought and response was to laugh at the price tag, but considering you are getting a V100 chip for $7000 less, maybe its good deal if you are that much an enthusiast or need a deep learning gpu for your business.
I do wonder how many 4k monitors you could run in Surround with one of those though, or possibly even 8k monitor?
