Tip - temporary fix for "choppy" UI

I don't know if others have or don't have the same issue, but after hours and hours of playing my UI tends to lose framerate. It goes from relatively smooth and responsive to laggy and stalled out like I was raiding even if I'm not around a lot of others.

To at least temporarily clean up the issue I've been able to /loadskin and select the default skin and it seems to flush out most of the video lag.

Probably not a good super long fix, but good enough to squeeze out some additional time between reboots / restarts.

I find this happens more on some of my toons than others. I have noticed it more on my mage than on any of my other toons. Once I start getting the lag, I have noticed if I just stop all macro's on her and just let her hang out for a few minutes, the lag goes away. Then when I start up Kiss again all is ok for a while, but the lag comes back. I am not sure what is the core issue, but this never happens on any of my melee toons, Warrior and Monk this never happens on. All toons are running on same pc running from same instance of EQ and MQ2.

Makes me wonder even if spell effects are turned off that they are not being sent to the client anyway. Or maybe a subset, like those that are being cast.
