TBM Progression: Seal of Approval - Because running and hailing is boring

Requires: MQ2Nav, MQ2EasyFind

Does the running around and hailing for part 2 of basic TBM progression (https://tbm.eqresource.com/sealofapproval.php).

It expects you to have completed Into The Temple (a), which is so quick it's hardly worth macro'ing (so I didn't)
It expects to be run in PoHealth.
