Gillybear wrote an excellent article here that walks you through unlocking group vendors and HA's in TBM.

Assumptions: (You clicked the Gillybear link and did the pre-req quests, or are using this in conjunction of completing those quests)
You are already running MQ2EQBC / MQ2EQBCS (They come with the Vanilla Compile / Distro if you aren't aware).
You are running MQ2Nav and not the older MQ2Navigation. I am assuming you have created mesh files for the following zones:

Plane of Tranquility
Plane of Health
Sul Vius: Demiplane of Life
Sul Vius: Demiplane of Decay
Crypt of Sul
Ruins of Lxanvom (The TBM version not the POP version)


Disclaimer: I don't claim this post to be some awesome new thing, but more just a few tips to speed up farming / make it less painful.
I will continue to add more stuff / encourage others post anything that they are doing to make these missions more boxer friendly.


These are some quick little snippets that I use to make managing 6 toons "easier" when farming these missions:

Plane of Tranquility > Plane of Health (I have a wizard bound in POT by the Health Crystal, so results may vary if you try to Nav from the POK Book)

Couple additions for tips, although not macro help:

Plane of Health - zone in one character to see what mission you got. If the first step is to Hail LN (I suck at his name, two names - first starts w/ L, other w/ N) and 2nd step is to kill or to kill and collect weapons after you hail him, then you have a good mission. I think LN first step guarentees a good mission, but not 100% sure.

Plane of Decay + Crypt of Decay - There is no pre-req to loot the items for these missions. Can do instant mission turn ins as a result if you have the items.

Something I discovered today. I had 4 of my toons in demiplane of life and got the demiplane of decay mission from Tarl. I was running my toon from Tarl to the demiplane of life coffin and decided I'd zone the other characters into the mission. I clicked my hotkey that uses the mirror fragment and to my surprise I was ported to Demiplane of Decay. I am going to test this some more and let you guys know how it goes.

Sure enough, clicking the mirror in PoHealth will take you to Demiplane of Decay instantly without a mission. This will definitely speed things up for the missions. I want to do the missions again and see if you have the demiplane of life mission if you will go to demiplane of life.

Doesn't seem to work that way... just tested... If you are in life with a quest clicking the mirror will work.

Tone, what do you mean it does work that way? I dont mean to sound confrontational at all. Where were clicking the mirror? PoHealth? I just took my chracter to pohealth, clicked mirror, and zoned into Demiplane of Decay. I dont have any quest or anything and it worked.

I've heard it's random whether or not it works. I tried it recently after hearing about it in general chat and it didn't do anything for me.

Where do the door/object names come from?
 
Those are the zone items you have to click to zone into these other zones.

/door /doortarget will get you to see them
 
I was spam clicking my mirror trying to get it to work. Wasn't trying to come across negative. Was trying to confirm if your idea worked or not :(

Tone, Thanks for the tips, it seems I am only able to click my mirror on one of my toons in PoHealth to go to decay. I am just gonna leave this gem here. If you add it to after your /bcga //nav door click it will click the adventure button for your characters :)

I'll echo an earlier request for the Nav meshes. I can make them myself, but they're a pain in the rear :) Anyone have them laying around and want to share?
 
I don't know if anyone has posted this, but there is one mission you can get out of the 6 In Defense of Health rolls, where it requires hailing Sare Eggers at end. If you get that random version, zone in and hail Sara Eggers (2nd last mission step) and presto it pops a chest. You still would have to do the whole mission, if you wanted to complete it though, this was just way to exploit spawning the chest over and over.

I haven't tested this in a couple of months, but it 100% worked for me if I got that version. I just felt it was to tedious trying to get that particular version to try and exploit it, when you coudl be done with the mission in 30-40 mins.

Super useful if you're trying to gear up a new toon, though! Thanks, man! I'll have to try this later on... could also be easily macro'able, too, I'm sure.

I tried them all, nothing worked too. Can you describe the steps for this mission, any unique step at startup or location?

Can you try hailing Lashun first next time you encounter that version (if thats the first step) or maybe they just fixed it. I just haven't tried doing this version for several months so it could be fixed. I remember I did get all excited about exploiting the chest spawn when I encountered it, but then it really does become tedious trying to spawn that version.

Imo, its not worth the time trying to find that specific mission though, cause there is a 5 min replay timer isn't there to get the task again?
