Question - TBL Evolving Ring

Where is the best place in TBL to evolve the Djarns Amethyst Ring ?

Also, which type of mobs give the best experience to evolve the ring ?

anything really will give exp to the ring, i get 3% per clear of the fight fire mission.

but like all evolving items kill speed is better than the exp per kill, so find an area that you can kill fast in and the exp will come fast

I thought there were mobs that gave exp and mobs that didn’t? Like there’s a reference to armor mobs not giving exp. what’s up with that?

I believe the xp is tied to the new mob models. Anything that model that is used from previous expansion (POFire for example) do not count towards xp on any evolving item.

it may be tied to models, I have only killed in the new exp.

Non-armor models, non-pofire models. Dervishes in previous expansions do work.

it is painful slow when you get to gold level lol

New models give xp besides armor type mobs. On that note dervishes and Mephits from previous expansions work. So TDS tempest temple for dervishes and ETWK for mephits work.

Very nice I did mine but inventory number if that helps anyone with issues. These are great to have in the HUD for tracking evolution.

Mine says RingNull also.hmmmmmmmm what am i doing wrong?

Ring=3,5,146,240,240,0,Ring - ${Me.Inventory[15].Evolving.ExpPct}

I keep it in the left ring slot but if its opposite you just need to change the number.
