would need to know what you are using to know how to address your issue. Are you using a macro when this happens?

Redguides Very Vanilla, is a combination of diffferrent plugins, macros and MQ2, installing it and running it, does not make your necro do anything on his own.
now for your necro to do anything automatically, you would have to type something along these lines /mac kissassist pettank and then target yourseld and hit enter, once that is done you should have done /endmacro, and then gone and eidted a kissassist ini file.
