Question - T3 ToL Gear Ore drops

Hello

So far playing in the Terror of Luclin , I have only seen the Tier 3 Ore drops a few times ( The Ore used to create the T3 armor)

Anyone have insights in this , where's the best place to grab some

best place is to kill named and to do missions.

they're pretty rare, so you'll want to make sure to do your missions and farm named as often as you can

I have only killed named mobs in ME. For the 5 ores that I have so far, all have come from 2 mobs. I am ASSuming this is just rng. The mobs are Quietus the Forgotten and Temariel Xi Teturacu. Tess Zelinstein to me is the Morwenna of ToL as I have her spawning quite frequently. I was hoping she would cough up some ore but no such luck as of yet for me.

Do the missions you can, they are on 3hr timer so not bad. Cant recall getting one on the random open world mobs.. even on the open bosses, seem rare

Got 7 from doing ME named while doing hunter achievement. Didn’t see a single one drop in UP while doing hunter there. I think doing the missions is gonna be a the way to go. As mentioned, with a 3 hour timer it’s not too bad

I just started killing in Maiden...Killed Quietus thrice and got an ore each time. Probably just random luck but wanted to add on to what Oldman posted.
