Does anyone have a good strategy to get this achievement? Right now I am using greater decession to get those affected out of the area but I only have one wizard so I can't get everyone out in time.

Just need to have everyone who gets the freeze DoT stay 200 or 250 (I forget which) away from boss when the fire AE goes off, and I think you also can't let them die to freeze DoT.

Find your tank spot, find your "safe spot" and make them move there along with a couple splash healers.

The 'wave of fire' ae hitting them is what causes the fail. So if they get out BEFORE the wave of fire starts then yes. There isn't a 'lot of time' to get out but there is some.

Ty, I thought it was the red on the ground since my guys died when running causing them to fail. Now that I am sufficiently geared, my guys should be able to survive the damage and get out of the area.

The COLD Dot that is put on the chars called DOES do a substantial amount of damage on its own. It needs its own heals. Someone posted the emote a person who fails to get out of the ring in time gets. I haven't been able to find it though when looking so either I am misremembering or im just not looking in the right place.
