Question - Stopping automatic skills from triggering

Is there a way to stop SK's from auto triggering Harm Touch as soon as its off cool down? I also just learned a new defensive disc, didn't add it to the ini file it's just triggering automatically, but its draining my stamina way faster than I need it to. I would like to be able to disable the disc, and control when HT fires.

MQ2Melee is likely using it. You can edit your main character ini file for [MQ2Melee] to enable/disable things.
