Tired of your tiny bags on the emulator servers filling up with research items and poison making mats that you aren't going to use and don't sell for crap? Me too.

I made a comprehensive list of items as complete as I could to cover all these "worthless" items for the Ninjadvloot looting system. You can do a find & replace to change the "=Ignore" to "=Destroy" if you like. Or if you have separated client INI files like I do, you can have all but one toon ignore the items and save the INI file with "=Keep" on the toon you want to collect them. This list was made on the Lazarus server, but should work on most emulator servers using PEQ loot tables.

If your loot.ini file is already well established, I recommend using a spreadsheet program and dragging the list of items over to it, then sorting the column by name. Ninjadvloot does not save items to the INI file in alphabetical order, which makes finding duplicate entries a pain. Once you sort the items in the spreadsheet, just copy them back to the Loot.ini file.

Just copy the information in the txt files to your loot.ini file by the starting letter. They do not have to be in order inside each header. I also included a loot_baseline.ini file to make it quick and easy if you are starting a new loot.ini file.

Example:

Took me many hours to collect all this, so I hope I can save some other people some time if they need this. Happy Hunting!

*Note: There are some items from research or poison crafting that are used in complex other recipes like brewing with pages of research? But overall these items clog up the bags unless you are doing these trade skills.

Updated the files to include the following:

For research:

Binding Powder
Crude Binding Powder
Elementary Binding Powder
Makeshift Binding Powder
Modest Binding Powder
Refined Binding Powder
Simple Binding Powder

For Poison Making:

Chromadrac Wing
Crystallized Sulfur
Fungus Clump
Golden Ember Powder
Skyash Bile
Succulent Sap

If anyone has items that are basicly exclusive to either skill, comment and I will add them to the main files. Thanks!

Very nice! I used to have a real good loot.ini but it was lost year ago due to a HDD failure.

Awesome thank you for this. Saves a lot of time! Also, is there a way to get our toons to lot their own corpse after they die?

I do not see a Loot.ini file in my directory, where is it located ? and can it be manually edited ?

Thanks in advance

If you have not run /mac loot or had looton=1 in kissassist there will not be a Loot.ini file created yet. It will be in the folder with the macros, in my case Redguide\emulate\Macros\loot.ini

If you change the name of the loot file in your character's Ini file with the changes I added, then the file will be whatever you set LootFileName= with .ini at the end. Hope that helps.

@DriveCrash Thanks for sharing your custom LootIni mods and these item lists! I was copying over the research items and when I changed Ignore -> Keep i found two typos.

Words of Agony=Ingore
Words of Banshee=Ingore

Just wanted to give you a heads up on those!

I have downloaded all these ini's and the associated macs for Lazarus, but my guy is still looting all the useless junk. He does not ignore anything or destroy anything. I can see ninjalooter is running, but it doesn't seem to do anything. What am I missing?

Yes, everything was changed to reflect his post. I am using his Loot_Baseline.ini and have changed my kissassist.ini to reflect that file. My guy loots everything and the mq2 spam shows everything is listed as Keep. However, in the loot.ini everything he is looting is listed as ignore. So no matter what is listed keep/destroy/ignore he will loot it. For some reason the parameters are not being respected. Anyone have any ideas why they won't loot according to the ini?
