Question - Starting all over on a new server

Okay, I just made a 6 person box team on a new server. SHM,BRD,ZERKER,SHD,CLR,DRU and they are all currently level 4. I am trying to think what is a decent way to level them up? anyone got any suggestions or tips? also, started fresh on Xegony.

All of your classes are low early dps classes. But get some defiant gear on your SK and the fastest best delay weapon you can on your zerker and just grind it out!

The Merc AFK leveling guide here: http://www.almostgaming.com/everquest/afkmercenary-leveling-guide-for-eq1 offers good advice for KA leveling too. You may not want to truly afk, but the camps are a nice progression.

Go to player auctions and buy a pack or two of heroic keys, apply them all (6) on daybreak site by loging in to your Accts and entering using copy/paste. Then once in game, go to claim and use the pack to upgrade each toon to 85 and voila! 4-85 in about 15min and maybe 15$

as it was only a few days ago, I'm gonna put this here with the following cautions:

you will lose your stat food and hero's forge (If that was part of the key)...

shared bank the 15k, marks of valor and then you can do this:
