Question - Start minimized option?

I love the Mini Button option and was wondering if there was a setting that would allow for the application to start with only the Mini Buttons.
Being able to Maximize only when you needed to make changes of course.

I was looking for the list of arguments and only saw it for the ingame. Never thought to try it on startup.

I have 1 more question: I run the rgmercs now and there is no big window any more. How I get back the big window? Cant find command. Only big window show on main char but there is no big window on alt chars.

/rgl mini is the command to flip back and forth between the large and mini windows.
There is a setting in the UI options to always display the mini window, even with the large window displayed.
You can search for "mini" in the search bar for the options and it will quickly display it.
Alternatively, you can use /rgl set alwaysshowminibutton true

TY, but I figure it out. My problem was I have config window X/Y coords off screen of my 2:nd monitor hehehe :}
I have to change in .ini file coords = 0,0 and reload game and now it working!
