I wasn't aware when wrote this, but Good's maps have the locations marked which make this much easier as well.

Reckless Ascension NoS maps have the specific update points documented too.

I originally thought /afol 90, /afol yakakeyboardsmash would suffice, several trips to Paludal later, I discovered the maps, a Lua / mac is even better.

This worked perfectly for me as well. Strongly recommend that if running on multiple toons at once that they run it individually because the follow feature will cause misses.
