By default no, spells you have will not auto scribe. There are Lua's or other macro's on the site that I believe will scribe spells you have (I haven't used any of them but have seen other threads with this same question where they have been mentioned). Otherwise, if you are all access and have enabled spell autogrant in the options menu, then you don't even have to buy spells.
